What do you need help with? 1. Identifying whre the graph is increasing 2. Identifying the intervals on which the graph is increasing

OpenStudy (didyouseethat):

B

OpenStudy (royalranger):

Where is the slope of the function negative?

OpenStudy (mathmale):

royalranger is correct. You must be able to identify, from just looking at the graph, where the function is decreasing / where the slope of the tangent line to the graph is negative. Think about this. At what x value does the function start decreasing? When does this decrease stop? Write your answer as an INTERVAL, (a, b). a and b are x-values.

KjSaif (kjsaif):

Are the answers a and b? The x value starts to decrease at -1
