WILL MEDAL! What were some major changes and constituencies in American politics and government between 1780-1805?

So far I have:
-Creation of two political groups (federalists, democratic republicans)
-Ratification of Articles of Confederation
-How England was no longer in charge of the United States
-1800: Election of Thomas Jefferson

I really need help on writing an essay. Any advice which topics to focus on?

@terryhall1999 I made a mistake, it is not multiple choice. I am just asking what other topics I should include in my essay. Thanks!
