http://prntscr.com/dh1ycy Have to explain thoroughly, like why and how we get to the person who is incorrect.

OpenStudy (mathsucks321):

@3mar

OpenStudy (3mar):

Well, I am here.

OpenStudy (mathsucks321):

My friend got my so freakin confused *-*

OpenStudy (mathsucks321):

Okay please help!

OpenStudy (3mar):

????????/

OpenStudy (mathsucks321):

-.-

OpenStudy (3mar):

What do you think who is incorrect?

OpenStudy (mathsucks321):

Julie?

OpenStudy (mathsucks321):

Students were asked to write two equations that represent the same formula and we are looking for the student who got it wrong. Think of Darren's as this: 10 = 7+ 3 = 3= 10 - 7. Then that means Darren's is correct. Think of Brenda's as 5= 10/2= 10= 2 x 5 So Darren and Brenda's are correct. What else..?

OpenStudy (3mar):

until now you are more that good!

OpenStudy (mathsucks321):

What?

OpenStudy (mathsucks321):

Now I have to explain why Harold is correct, and Julie is wrong ughh

OpenStudy (3mar):

simply: cross multiply both equation! leading to the same!

OpenStudy (mathsucks321):

Someone say something before I freakin cry!

OpenStudy (3mar):

Oh don't cry, baby! Harold is not correct!

OpenStudy (mathsucks321):

Yeah you're right I am a cry baby What seriously?

OpenStudy (mathsucks321):

I thought julie was incorrect

OpenStudy (3mar):

No, julie was right!

OpenStudy (mathsucks321):

So... Julie is also right because,

OpenStudy (3mar):

yes, because of this! |dw:1481232001992:dw|
