OpenStudy (misty1212):

wait hold the phone...

zarkam21 (zarkam21):

Holdin it :o

OpenStudy (misty1212):

oh yes it is correct

OpenStudy (misty1212):

\(13\div 2=6.5, 6.5^2=42.25\) but wait a second

OpenStudy (misty1212):

your answer is right HOWEVER when you go to actually solve a quadratic equation, you will need to use fractions, not decimals so instead you will do \[\left(\frac{13}{2}\right)^2=\frac{169}{4}\]

zarkam21 (zarkam21):

Oh okay =)

OpenStudy (misty1212):

because you will not want to take the square root of a decimal etc you will see when you solve them for real not too hard though

zarkam21 (zarkam21):

Yeah seems simple xx

OpenStudy (misty1212):

it is sorta
