How to graph absolute value: -y<2x+2 ?

OpenStudy (whitmorerad12):

OpenStudy (mathmale):

I'd suggest you plot -y=2x+2 first. Then, decide which side of the resulting line contains solutions to this inequality. Can you graph -y=2x+2 or y=-(2x+2)?

Please note: the inequality you have shared here is NOT an absolute value. Better re-read the original problem and make certain you are sharing all of it, accurately.
