For the first problem --> it's very simple. Look at the input output table. The first coordinate corresponds to January.. (1,30 degrees Fahrenheit) Therefore the next coordinate is (2, whatever February is)... and so forth. They only give you the data for one year... they are asking you to graph the data for a 2 year period... So graph the data twice... After you graph December start again on January
