So, I signed up on Brainly.com, and used the page for the 500 points, but when my account was created, I did not receive 500 points?

Try asking/answering a question or waiting a couple hours.

This was answered a while ago... I forget where that post went
basically there is a tiny * that says it will take up to 7 business days to add the points to your account
if you don't get those points within that time, feel free to email them at that point
