So lest go through the questions. Does it provide greater financial support? i doubt it, because they tell us that e could make more money doing construction. Is it more challenging? Debatable, but as far as physically demanding, i would go with construction. Does he have better relationships with his coworkers? Again debatable, but i would say not. Lastly, is it more comfortable? Definitely. I think it is more comfortable to be inside a building by heating and A/C than working out in the elements.
