One day guests: they have a pass to use all facilities for one day
Groups: attending some specific classes or workshop, they are limited to an area within the center

`Workers:` Total: 15
Full time: 12 - administration, instructors, cleaners
Part time: 3 - athletic instructors commissioned to do some activity

`Administration:` 4 staff members
Administrative manager: Ms. Neo
Deputy administrative manager: Jacob Smith
2 reception staff to handle customer relations, employee management, ordering stock and finances

`Customized software to deal with`
Order stocking
Customer contact details
Invoices and payments
Tax and finances
Staff employed

- Skills and competencies

Each employee will have a dedicated area within the system
There will be an android app for the system

*permissions: full time employees - senior level: can order anything
Junior level: can order smaller, inexpensive things
Part time employee - cannot order anything, needs to request a full time employee with the appropriate permissions to order in his stead

I was hoping someone could guide me to some texts that show how its done perhaps some examples etc. In my readings so far I have read what it is, why its used and when its used, just not how its used (at least not in enough detail)

When it says design a set of black box test cases in the question...does that mean that the test cases are going to test the functionality of the system,

As in, one test case checks the Order stocking functionality
Another test case the Customer contact details
And one for the Invoices and payments functionality etc.?

Or does the question mean something else entirely?
