CALCULUS - DERIVATIVES AND LOGS hi, i came across this problem: find the derivative of 4^x. now, i have to use log, natural logs, etc. my answer was e^(Ln4)x according to my class notes but the book has a different answer: e^x-4. could someone explain how did they get this answer? thank you in advance
