Im latina and I grew up speaking spanish but as I got older I more and more started using English, now my family & I will be moving back to Puerto Rico very soon and everyone said its like riding a bike and it will just come back but it's not, ive been using Duolingo and its like im starting all over again how would you suggest re picking up my spanish.
Depends on how much spanish you still know. If your parents still speak spanish relatively well, have them speak to you strictly in spanish. and I would say try listening to music and watching shows in spanish, such as the news and soap operas.
They dont really like speaking spanish here thats why i stopped really, but I will do the others. thanks you
you can talk with the native speaker , I think it is the best way to learn a foreign language.
If you want to practice Spanish you can do it with me, I communicate with the little that is of English and with the help of the translator
