I think we all agree he shouldn't be. He did his job as a mod on OS no problem but there were a few instances where he banned people on false accounts.

He suspends users for simply posting "~twerks~" in chat, he also suspended me 2 weeks for posting a OS question link in chat...

I was banned this past week for "Spamming after being warned not to prior". I never received a warning and I was not spamming. I never spam on OS and I had hardly posted any messages.

The only OS mod that ever banned/suspended me was Pooja. So I wouldn't know what TK did or didn't do. I only heard horror stories

TK is, what I'd call, text book. He allows no inferences, no exceptions, no subjectivity. He is blatantly objective and in that regard, he is respected. Yet for that same reason he has loss of respect because he has no recognition of a case by case scenario and it has become a notable problem.

LOL Marzi... remember he went inactive for some time? Well he went inactive because I caught him on a post giving a direct answer.... and I reported him and the mods didn't want to suspend him or give him a warning all the did was "private message" him. So that's why he got all mad and went inactive for some months.

Psi, TK is a very different case. Jiggly, Whitemonster, and Hero are good mods. Pooja is debatable, so take your negative perception of Pooja and make it 20 times worse.
