Which of the following describes the graph of a linear function? It is a curve that lies in only two quadrants. Its y-values decrease at a constant rate as its x-value increases. It is a straight line in one portion and a curve in another portion. Its y-values increase at a nonconstant rate as its x-value increases.

OpenStudy (naruko885):

@wanell do you have any idea?

OpenStudy (wanell):

I believe that the last one is correct because it is not a curve but a straight line, and it can't be the second one because the y value does not decrease as x increases

OpenStudy (naruko885):

thank you!
