4x^2-5xy+2y^2+3x-2y first of all, this expression should be an equation. are we missing an *=* sign somewhere ? or is it equal to 0 4x^2-5xy+2y^2+3x-2y=0 ? Take the equation derivative of the original equation Dy/dx = slope and then use the given point to find the equation.
