Josh0404:

3(x+1)(1)/(1)+2(x+1)(1)/(5)=2 help me to solve this one @MARC

Josh0404:

If i am correct ,then put x−23=t squaring (x−23)2=t2,x−43=t2 36t2−13t+1=0 36t2−9t−4t+1=0 9t(4t−1)−1(4t−1)=0 (4t−1)(9t−1)=0,t=14,19 t=14,x−23=14 1x23=14, x23=4 cubing both sides (x23)3=43=64,x2=64,x=±8 similarly when t=19,x−23=19,1x23=19 x23=9,cubing x2=93=729,x=±27

MARC:

http://prntscr.com/djrmvo \(\frac{3(x+1)(1)}{1}+\frac{2(x+1)(1)}{5}=2\) like this?
