The track is designed in such a way that 4720 Newtons is the maximum force allowed in the rail. (a) Determine the MAXIMUM speed at which the 895-kg roller coaster can move through the top of the loop and remain safe.

So i guess i can find what the maximum velocity could be, but i cant figure out top of the loop part.
I figured maximum velocity will be 21.109. WHAT WILL IT BE AT TOP OF THE LOOP??
