To learn stuff, you really have to invest yourself in the learning process. Why not Google "Federalists" and "Democrat-Republicans," choose a couple of points (facts) on which to compare them, and then start writing a tentative comparison? Being given the answer won't help you very much in the long run. You could also Google "Federalilsts versus Democrat-Republicans."
