"My plants are starting to grow; I have watered them daily." there are two pronouns here, and there's no sign of underlinings so .... My is a possessive pronoun. Them is some sort of pronoun standing in place of the noun "plants". Could be that it's B indirect as in "... I have given water to them ... " where "water" is the direct object of the verb "to give", which is in the past perfect tense/time.
