Titles are usually put in quotation marks "title".
I'd go for this one ...

I've just noticed that this one has a comma in the quotes.
Suzanne recited "Winter Time," one of Robert Louis Stevenson's poems.
BUT, I doubt whether the title of RLS's poem was "Winter Time,".
So, if the sentence read
Suzanne recited "Winter Time", one of Robert Louis Stevenson's poems.
that WOULD be better to my eye, and might even be right ...
Problem is that the q does it with the comma in the quotes. Hence it's the Picasso one
