@welshfella

OpenStudy (milo123):

Is the first question A?

OpenStudy (stellabella146):

ok so whats a function?

OpenStudy (stellabella146):

Can you give me an example?

OpenStudy (stellabella146):

ok well first of all, every y value has a different x value. For instance, (1, 2) (-1, 2) is a function. (1,2) (1, 3) is not a function because we can't have two 1s with two different Ys

OpenStudy (stellabella146):

@milo123 still there?

OpenStudy (stellabella146):

For the first question, plug in the values if A was the answer

OpenStudy (stellabella146):

so -7 would be where y is, and 0 goes where x is

OpenStudy (stellabella146):

you must be afk, but for the first one the answer is A because -7 = 9*0 - 7 -7 = -7

OpenStudy (shirleyarnett):

The first one is A like StellaBella146 said , while the second is C=both a and b.

OpenStudy (shirleyarnett):

I hope it helped.:)

OpenStudy (stellabella146):

yeah the second is both because the X value never repeats
