OpenStudy (mrs.ambrose614):

Yes they are is the same quetion

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

So both Jane and Mariah are g(x)=2x and f(x)=2x, respectively?

OpenStudy (mrs.ambrose614):

Yes

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

Then everything about them will be the same. Even their savings.

OpenStudy (mrs.ambrose614):

So what's the ANWSER???

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

I can't see the question properly. The question says that some values are missing. Can you take a screenshot?

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

How much money did they each start with?

OpenStudy (mathmale):

You can see the question just fine. It's your job to supply the missing values. For the first case, the function (# of dollars) is y=2x. What is the value of this function when x=1? When x=2?

OpenStudy (mrs.ambrose614):

It's supposed to be like that

OpenStudy (mathmale):

Like what? Please ansswer my questions, above.

OpenStudy (mrs.ambrose614):

You guys are supposed to find the missing values to see wich person has the most savings

OpenStudy (mathmale):

Not "you guys," Mrs. Ambrose. YOU are supposed to find the missing values.

OpenStudy (mrs.ambrose614):

But how when no ones so splaying how to find it

OpenStudy (mathmale):

The functions are the same for both girls: y=2x. The girls start out with the same savings (2 and 4). With these facts in mind, eliminate the least likely answers. Then choose what you belileve is the correct best explanation / answer.

OpenStudy (mrs.ambrose614):

So the anwsers iis c??????
