Hello!

Weeks ago, my account ( @jabez177 ) was permanently banned I had emailed OpenStudy and this is the response I received:

I do not know what messages that were inappropriate I sent. To any user. I asked a few mods to check if anything of sort was reported and they did not see anything reported. Just because a user claims something does not mean it's true unless they have proof. If they don't have proof you can't take any action. I felt a great deal of injustice done to me. I have worked hard to help the people of this site. I am very committed and come here for help on a daily basis. I would greatly appreciate it if brainly can show a little sympathy and restore my account back so that I can enjoy the last days of OpenStudy that are left.

Jabez has been on this site for quite a while. His minor offense does not compare to those that have been committed by other users on this site. Jabez and @agent0smith have contributed to this site more than I have. I can definetly back jabez up on this one. I checked for reports against Jabez and there was no proof of any inapproriate messages sent by him to any user. I understand that the issue was discussed on yammer and I also understand that an admin has already said no to giving jabez his account back. However, I request that his account be reinstated on the basis of there was no proof provided. Let Jabez enjoy the last days of Openstudy along with the rest of us. I request that his account be brought back.

jabez, so you were covering this up the entire time eh? You said your account was just "somehow accidentally deleted", but never said anything about this? And why are you only posting this now since this happened weeks ago.
Also I would like to ask what happened to @agent0smith as he is definitely NOT the type of guy to send inappropriate messages and has been a great helper.

@steve816 Jabez made the post because OpenStudy is closing down and he wants to enjoy the last days of it with his main. He did many mods about the issue and the mods talked to the community manager however she didn't agree with the idea of putting jabez back. Same thing with @agent0smith

Jabez is one of the kindest and most hard working people on this site that I have EVER seen. I really think justice should be sought here personally myself. ♥
As a matter of fact, he's never complained once on this site and he's always tried to remind people of the rules and help the newbies out. How much better can you get then that?
It kinda sucks the accusations and complaints that can be filed against an innocent person on study sites. =_=
