The Han Dynasty and Rome Dynasty were both very well organized societies which had very advanced education systems. There was a large emphasis on the family and they built great structures like roads, canals, aqueducts and great walls (of China). The decline of bith empires was caused bynthe internal struggles of the elite class of citizens.
