add up the items in each option
see which one can fit in the $24 budget

I mean, if you go to my store and say
"well I want to get shirt A or shirt B, shirt A is 25, and shirt B is 10
but I only have in my pockets 15, can I get A for 15 bucks?"

I'd probably have the dobermans chase  you out of the store, or not
