Could you possibly find some way in which to make this question less broad? As it now stands, you want a 400-year history of the effects of cultural diffusion.
Not many of us would know how to answer your broad original question.

Alternatively borrow words from your original question to use as Google search keys.

Example: Google "impact of cultural diffusion on Asian civilizations." Of course you could replace "Asian" with "Europe" in a separate search.

Do you have a textbook? If so, have you read up on "cultural diffusion?"

@mathmale , this is just a question provided for me. I do suppose it is a bit broad :0 I will definitely shorten it and search google :D I don't have a textbook, btw.
