PLEASE HELP, PRE-CALC. A bicycle tire has a diameter of 24 inches and is revolving at a rate of 10 rpm, at t = 0, a certain point is at height 0. What is the height of the point above the ground after 3 seconds? Now, I know that the amplitude is 12, and that 3 seconds is equal to .5 revolutions, since this is an equation that reaches it's maximum at t= 0, it should be a cosine function. I need help from here.
