hope you know that i^2 = -1 yes ? so you can rewriting (-i)^13 = [(-i)^2]^6 *(-i) = [(-(-1))]^6 *(-i) = (1)^6 *(-i) = 1*(-i) = -i so choice b. is right sure hope helped
