I'm not sure what to make of this q. A is about rain and both "he" and I are thinking about it. "Rain opinion" consistency ? B In the (shopping ?) mall without cash ? Call home . C Unless the speaker is Peter, then there's two people here with no consistency ? D both sentences are about buying things. Presumably S can afford whereas the speaker can't. So that theme seems consistent.
