I really need help on this one soon. I will fan and medal. Graph the first 10 terms of the arithmetic sequence a_n=2+3n and the equation of the line y=3x+2. Compare the graphs and explain the differences.

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

so.. you need to graph both, using 10 points, is all :) so, just get 10 points from the sequence and , get 10 INPUTs from the equation and graph away for the sequence, simply \(\bf \begin{array}{llll} term&value \\\hline\\ a_{\color{brown}{ 1}}&2+3({\color{brown}{ 1}})\\ a_{\color{brown}{ 2}}&2+3({\color{brown}{ 2}})\\ a_{\color{brown}{ 3}}&2+3({\color{brown}{ 3}})\\ a_{\color{brown}{ 4}}&2+3({\color{brown}{ 4}})\\ a_{\color{brown}{ 5}}&2+3({\color{brown}{ 5}})\\ a_{\color{brown}{ 6}}&2+3({\color{brown}{ 6}})\\ ...&... \end{array}\) and for the equation, pretty sure you'd know how to get them

OpenStudy (cwhite00):

Ok thank you so much. I was just a little lost on the first part.
