Imagine you are creating your own one act play. Construct a dialogue of your own that reveals character. Employ at least one type of irony as well. The dialogue is to be no longer than one page. Write the dialogue in a script format. Rather than using quotation marks, the dialogue follows the speaker’s name and a colon. Describe a memorable characteristic from someone you have known. The person may have physical qualities, mannerisms, or a demeanor that was unique. Write a brief paragraph that reveals as Checkov did, rather than reports, what is unique about the individual.
