@celticcat
Thanks for all your help
Doesn't it all have to add up to 180 ?
yw
Yea
its 23 degrees
is this correct?
yeah 95 +62 = 157 180 - 157 = 23. Basic math
x = 34 so <S = 34 + 4 = 38 and < T = 3(34) + 9 = 102 + 9 = 111 31 + 38 + 111 = 180
@celticcat
this is where I wish you good luck and I leave
6x - 1 + x + 14 + 20 = 180 7x = 147 now you can find what x is then plug this value into x + 14 and 6x -1 to find m angles A and C
im not sure what your saying
is there a direct answer @celticcat
to solve 7x = 147 you divide 147 by 7 147/7 = what?
=21
I'd like to guide you to the answer rather than give direct answers
Josh, you're not supposed to look for direct answers.
it equals 21
right good now you pleg in x = 21 into (6x - 1) to find m< A m<A = 6*21 - 1
if youre not confident to do this manually use your calculator
A= 125
yep and finally m<C = x + 14 = 21 + 14
- that one's easy
125 and 35
right and to finally check the answers we could add the 3 angles to see if they come to 180:- 125 + 135 + 20 = 160 + 20 = 180 So we are sure we have right answers
yes correct
so im correct with 125 and 35
yes and you can double check if they are right the 3 angles of triangle add up to 180 so 20 + 124 + 35 should equal 180 - and they do
* + 125
Okay Thanks
yw
I got a 80% Thanks
