First, I will re-write your expression: -(1/3)(-6y)(3x)(-3)(-1) becomes -(1/3)(-6y)(3x)(-3)(-1)[(1/3)*(6y}*{3x)*(3). Can you evaluate that?

when you finish that you get 18yx

Note that -1 = -1; (-1)^2=1; (-1)^3 = -1, and so on. So just focus on mult. together the (1/3)(6y)(3x)(3) part.
Then put the neg sign in front of y our result.
