General management; treasurers, lemonade makers. The general management is responsible for ensuring integrity of inventory (lemons), accurate handling of money (oversees treasurer/accountant), and general association of all employees with customers (makes sure each and every employee is friendly and effective with customers). General management is important in that it checks each lower department of the establishment, making sure things are being done properly and effectively. Also likely handles all public relations. Treasurer/accountant is important in not only handling the daily profit in an honest and effective means, but also ensuring that inventory retains integrity (the lemon squeezer isn't throwing away lemons for no reason). The lemonade makers are important because they physically produce the product that's to be sold.
