YoursTruly:

Factor: 7x^3−14x^2+5x−10 A. (7x^2+5)(x−2) B. 7x^2(x−2)+5(x−2) C. Can't Factor

YoursTruly:

It's A.

Bob:

clearly, it's A, but these kids can't do math

Bob:

you have to factor out 7x^2 from 7x^3 - 14x^2 and that becomes 7x^2(x - 2) then factor out 5 from 5x-10 and you get 5(x - 2) 7x^2(x - 2) + 5(x - 2) (x - 2)(7x^2 + 5)
