do you know if its geometric or arithmetic ? here is the formula to find common ratio (Geometric ratio) \[\huge\rm r=\frac{a_2}{a_1}=\frac{a_3}{a_2}\] divide the term by the previous term and for common difference \[d=a_2-a_1=a_3-a_2\]
for arithmetic sequence you use ^^ that last formula to find common difference
in other words 2 times what =-6 or 2 + or - = -6
