I have informed as many people as I can about this site. Its a pity we haven't got more members as its a really good site. I've been on Brainly lately but im not keen on it. It allows direct answers with no explanations and has no draw facility. Peer answers is a little better. Brainly is enormously popular - mainly I think because a lot of people just want answers.

A year gives us enough data to determine what kinda person you are, if your personality is compatible for modship, among other things. All this helps determine if later down the line we will regret making someone a moderator, or if later down the line someone might abuse their power.

The Suggestions Form can be supplemental to the collaboration that is necessary here. What you can do is append the suggestion form to the top of the QC Feedback thread and let users know that whenever they create a Suggestion Post, to also remember to add that suggestion to the feedback form. If we are collaborating about a potential new QC feature, any user should be able to add the suggestion to the form or remind the OP to do so.

Yeah, and the way to get it back up and running again is to share the updates and new features (the work you've been doing) with the rest of the community. Create the announcement on the main page linking to the feedback group. All the admins should be participating in this particular thing. This is basically the Admin's job to do this on a weekly basis. You can do it bi-weekly, and someone else can do it on the other open weeks. You can update on technical coding-related stuff as the CCO (Chief Coding Officer) . The other admin (ideally the QC Community Manager) can update on the other open weeks to give QC members something to look forward to or what to expect in the coming weeks. Also, we used to "Open House" Events as a means to gather QC members together to discuss any issues. We need to get back to doing ALL of that. We're TOO stagnant ATM. The more we collaborate, the more users will be interested in participating which will directly correlate with our growth.
