False. For example, if you were at a store and you were pushing a cart around that didn't have much in in, and then your mum or someone adds something heavy like cat litter or dog food, if you push with the same amount of force as before, then your acceleration would actually decrease because to stay at the same acceleration, you need to add more force if you add mass.
