The shape of the farm is a kite actually. If it were a rhombus, then it would be given that the lengths of the sides are congruent. Nevertheless, I suppose you wouldn't happen to remember the formula for the area of a kite would you?

The formula for area of a kite is HALF the PRODUCT of its DIAGONALS. BTW, The diagonals are the two dotted line segments on the interior of the kite that are perpendicular to one another. (The lengths of the diagonals are given in the figure). Knowing this information, do you think you might be able to calculate the area of the kite?
