Feels like a troll-ish mantra that repeats itself:
1. User creates new profile
2. Posts incomplete Question
3. If user Leaves Question, never returns
4. Rarely if ever comes back to question
5. If in question rarely if ever responds
6. Never completes posting the full details of question
7. Logs Off. Never to be seen or heard from again.
8. Question is eventually closed or deleted.
9. Repeat Process
