laurita:

The circle above has an area of 225 cm2. What is the area of the blue sector? Use 3.14 for .

Ultrilliam:

Please post the graphs related to the question or we can't help.

Hero:

Still don't think it's troll-ish? I mean, if we track these people, you might notice they never come back online or say anything in the chat or nothing. Highly suspicious to me. Might as well be Aeon posting questions.

Hero:

Whoever posts these questions don't even say anything as simple as "I need help" or nothing. It's almost un-human for THIS MANY users this FREQUENTLY to come here, post an incomplete question and be incompetent enough not to realize that they have posted an incomplete question, make no attempt to contact anyone to ask for help. They just post the question and I assume they're afk within a couple minutes of posting. This is not ordinary human behavior. I still feel that whoever is doing this is trolling us. I just can't prove it and I know you still don't believe it but when it continues to happen, then maybe one day you will realize it and make an attempt to thwart it. Especially if it's just one person who is bypassing our IP Tracking and making it appear as if it's multiple users signing up. Maybe you can start by making the sign up process a little more involved than it is currently. There has to be a way to discourage this.

psirockin3:

Maybe make it so that you can't post questions till you confirm your email?

Ultrilliam:

actually we get about 1-4 thousand clicks from google each day, so it's not at all impossible that this is all different people.

Eiwoh2:

I say we stop the trolling. SOMEHOW ;-;

Hero:

I think PSI's Suggestion is a good start

psirockin3:

But if that were the case, we'd have to get rid of the "no messaging until you're confirmed thing" because what if there was a glitch and you couldn't get a confirmation email (Certain school emails block those) for a "No messaging anyone but mods until you're confirmed" thing

Ultrilliam:

Closed due to unanswerable.

Hero:

Jay you should go to PA and observe the responsiveness of the students who post questions there And compare it with the Unresponsive posts here.

Hero:

There, students actually post the diagrams associated with the questions and they actually respond When users try to help. The askers actually ask for help. When I go to a post here in contrast it's the equivalent of walking into a ghost town

Ewynne:

You should do something about this, Jay.
