set the denominator equal to zero and solve \[x^3-x=0\\ x(x^2-1)=0\\ x(x+1)(x-1)=0\] and exclude the solutions

Luna:

Hello, I'm sorry for my late reply, but I think-1, 1, and 0 should be excluded from the expression.

Luna:

Though I still don't understand what I'm supposed to do.. Do I expand X^2 +2X-6 Into (x + ) (x -) and make both of these equal to zero? Are we trying to find the solutions that x will be such that x will not be equal to zero? I'm so sorry I'm so confused q-q
