Remove the first set of parentheses. Then remove the second set leaving the signs of the terms the same, because the sign in front of the parentheses is +. For the third set you will have to distribute the negative over the terms inside so for example + 2 m^3 will become - 2 m^3 Finally combine like terms , then arrange in descending powers.
