I'm assuming I have to find X and Y, then solve for Q... but how?

@Vocaloid

Vocaloid:

the way it's written is weird but they want you to find Q such that the two equations are equivalent

Vocaloid:

let's re-write our original equations: x - 3y = 4 Qx - 6y = 8

Vocaloid:

doubling equation 1 gives us: 2x - 6y = 8 Qx - 6y = 8 any ideas what Q could be equal to now?

Ultrilliam:

2?

Vocaloid:

awesome! Q = 2 = your answer

Ultrilliam:

Wow I'm dumb... how did I not see that? *facepalm*
