Olaf:

Do it for Olaf!! Please help me!! <3 The burden of proof principle is based on the belief that it’s better to let a guilty suspect go free than to convict an innocent man or woman. Do you agree? Why or why not? *This is for Criminal justice*

Olaf:

@ThatCreepyBoy

Falconmaster:

i disagree

ThatCreepyBoy:

I DISAGREE TOO

Olaf:

Why though?

Falconmaster:

if someone is guilty and there is proof they did it lock them up and the if the person is innocent the court will have a hearing to prove that the person is innocent

Falconmaster:

we dont need murders and rapiest on the streets

Olaf:

Thank you so much!! <3

ThatCreepyBoy:

Sorry my mind is fully blank because I keep waking up early in the morning around 6Am

Olaf:

No you're okay thank you guys!!

ThatCreepyBoy:

No problem :D

theDeviliscoming:

While it is not good to let someone who is guilty go free, their guilt must be proven otherwise it is illegal to imprison them, this is one of the many loopholes in the law.

Bearclaws72:

Olaf:

I wanna be able to kill people legally. :)

Olaf:

theDeviliscoming:

theDeviliscoming:
