Vocaloid:

think of it kind of like a lottery the first number is 5, so the person assigned to 5 gets picked first

Vocaloid:

then we keep reading off numbers until we have 4 different people

Vocaloid:

well more like a raffle really

Vocaloid:

ignore repeated numbers (since we already picked #5 Hiroshi we will ignore 5 if it ever comes up again, since Hiroshi's already in)

Vocaloid:

I hope that makes sense, let me know what you get

zarkam21:

um so D?

Vocaloid:

almost but not quite

Vocaloid:

you should discard repeated names

Vocaloid:

since there are only 4 spots there should only be 4 different names in the list

zarkam21:

B

zarkam21:

Ugh I feel like I'm guessing :/

Vocaloid:

the list must have 4 different names

Vocaloid:

take the list from D and remove duplicates

Vocaloid:

only count each name one time

Vocaloid:

so if you have Hiroshi Hiroshi then erase the second Hiroshi and all Hiroshi's that come after

zarkam21:

SO c

zarkam21:

cause you said only 4 names

Vocaloid:

make sure they're the right names though

Vocaloid:

write down the names from D cross out duplicates then what's left?

Vocaloid:

don't put in any new names, just work with the ones that are already in list E

Vocaloid:

actually it is D sorry

Vocaloid:

My brain isn't functioning well right now

Vocaloid:

D should be your answer
