'titration' is the process of adding one solution to another that's concentration is unknown, repeatedly until it reaches the point of neutralization, of which is indicated by a change of color. Just mix the titrate with the sodium hydroxide solution, and continue adding more until a color change occurs, closely monitoring the amount you use to mix, which will tell you the concentration of the solution.
