They have something like this for mobile phones, except you get free data for doing it.

So when one appears type it into your phones web browser then it will take you to the download

Once you download then it tells me and gives me at least two dollars per download

And it records my top downloaders and whoever is at the top at the end of each month gets differant codes for gift cards and what not
