Well, I'm going to assume as such then. If you're going to insert things that are cited, then don't add colons or commas, they're unnecessary. Unless, say, the comma is in a continuation of text. I wouldn't say that they never use it, Depends on the context. So I'd go with that last answer choice. Sorry I have a visitor. For this one it would be the last option. You have to have the right syntax, verb tense and punctuation, but not subject-verb agreement. That's only for sentences that involve, let's say, description. I have to go now. Best of luck!
