What is the question? Its alright having a bad subject we all do, mine for example is history, though we ask around for help to better understand it :D

Roses:

thank you. so can you help me, please?

563blackghost:

Yes, but you seem to have only posted the diagram and the answers. What is the question for this?

Roses:

it is matching the constructions

Roses:

i think this is for all of the following too.

563blackghost:

Ok... Well we have two angles that are congruent to each other. We see that for the red triangle we draw an arc from the vertex of the angle and we keep this distance. We then apply this to the green-blue angle and create a similar arc. With this we can draw a smaller arc with the start at the intersection of the large arc and the blue line. This creates a sort of cross. We then begin to draw a line through this cross. This will create an angle congruent to that of the other. Which means that the answer to this question is B.

Roses:

can i ask you a couple more?

563blackghost:

sure

Roses:

thank you so much

Is that the only photo?

Roses:

no it didn't do both?

563blackghost:

I don't see another. I only got the one with the answer choices.

Roses:

there we go

563blackghost:

First I'll ask. `Which do you think is correct?`

Roses:

an angle bisector

563blackghost:

Not quite. Remember your first question? That was an angle bisector. They both differ from each other, but it definitely is a bisector of sorts. We are given a green line, we see that arcs are drawn from either end of the line segment with each having the same distance from the end of each side the segment. This means that the arcs drawn will create an intersection on either side of the line (each being the same distance from the line) we draw a line through this and see we have created a perpendicular bisector. This means that the line is bisected to create 90 degree angles.

563blackghost:

Can you visualize what I typed?

Roses:

sort of

563blackghost:

Here is a great visual of it :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXI60B3m70Y

Roses:

okay thank you

563blackghost:

your welcome :) Next one?

Roses:

sure

Roses:

i think it might be a line segmant of some sort

563blackghost:

Is this for the next question?

Roses:

and yes

563blackghost:

Are the answer choices the same for this one?

Roses:

yes they are

563blackghost:

Well it is creating a line... One sec.

563blackghost:

We are given a green line and we have a blue dot (but it seems to be not given). We place our compass on this dot and create a circle. We then place our compass on either side (where the line and the circle meet) and draw arcs `on either side`. We then take our ruler and draw a line through it. I do believe this to be E due to the not given blue dot.

Roses:

thank you
