Arcadiouse:

I think every party will enjoy the Louisiana Purchase.

Arcadiouse:

2. None.

rootbeer003:

Whats the reasoning?

Arcadiouse:

Well, according to the documents they all think the purchase is beneficial.

Arcadiouse:

Doc A: Supports Reason: The document says that Hamilton agrees with the purchase as he says any intelligent man would be smart enough to get the land.

Arcadiouse:

WAIT

Arcadiouse:

Hamilton opposes it. He thinks that it is problematic for our government and will weaken it and the country. He likes Jefferson but doesn't think the purchase is going to help the government.

Arcadiouse:

The second group doesn't like Jefferson. They seem to like the purchase if it is in favor of them as they want to keep their slaves. IF it is against them they dont like it.

Arcadiouse:

Hamilton Feelings for Jefferson: Thinks hes brilliant but he says any intelligent man will see its not smart :/ contradictory.

Arcadiouse:

idk man To me it seems there should only be one reasoning.

Arcadiouse:

He opposes the purchase homie.

Arcadiouse:

He doesnt support

rootbeer003:

Arcadiouse:

Ok, so, they seem to hate jefferson.

Arcadiouse:

They do not support the purchase because it is going to make more states, slave states and they do not want them to be slave states.

Arcadiouse:

The federalists opposed the purchase for political and practical reasons. The opposed it politically because they did not like how President Jefferson was, that he was a republican his politics. The letters between the two can show that. They refused it practically also because they did not believe in slavery.

Arcadiouse:

I believe that is what you are looking for?

Arcadiouse:

The federalists opposed the purchase for political and practical reasons. The opposed it politically because they did not like how President Jefferson was, that he was a republican his politics. The letters between the two can show that. They refused it practically also because they did not believe in slavery. The evidence proves that they opposed the purchase because of their beliefs. It also shows how much they dislike how Jefferson is. They refer to him as a French leader, which is bad.
